Well, it is, but it’s a neurochemical response in your head that’s rooted in science! So that happy feeling you experience when you focus on manifesting an abundant future isn’t just in your head. The research shows that when we’re optimistic and focus on abundance in the future it does create a neurological response that increases happiness in the emotional center of our brain. When I’m truly living in abundance, I feel like things just flow for me and I experience a greater bliss that is almost difficult to put into words.Īs it turns out, science is able to explain why I experience this sensation. I also consider abundance to mean that I’m not living from a place of lack or scarcity. I generally consider abundance to mean I feel like I have more than enough and that my life is full of good things. What I consider to be abundance may be very different from what you consider to be abundance.
